Asphalt Hot Mix Plants
We specialize in manufacturing Hot Mix Plants
designed as per the specifications laid down by the authorities. Based on
advanced technology, our plants provide trouble-free operation, optimum
capacity utilization and enhanced fuel efficiency. We can offer plant in
different capacities ranging from 20 TPH to 120 TPH. Every plant is equipped
with the provision for automatic control. Variety of construction plants and
wet mix plants are hot mix plant, asphalt drum mix plant, concrete batching
plant, hot mix asphalt plant etc. The Hot Mix Plant unit comprises of the
following:
Drying & Mixing Unit
The drying and mixing unit are specially fabricated for minimum heat loss.
It is built of a very heavy-duty frame, normally 400 mm joist. Drive passes
smoothly through pinion and geared ring. We can design units with segmented
driving sprocket depending upon the customers requirement. The discharge
mechanism of the unit dumps the heated aggregate directly onto the load out
conveyor.
Feeder (Three, Four or Five Bin
Cold Feed)
Based on the customer's requirement, our plants are provided with a three,
four or five bin cold feeder. Storage capacities of the bin ranges from 10
tons to 20 tons. Smooth operation of the bin is guaranteed by stationery (NU
type) gears coupled with DC/AC motors. Each bin is provided with the option
for variable speed. The optimum output is achieved by the use of a control
panel. Special adjustable rubber borders under all the bins prevent leakage
of aggregate. Our feeders are easy to operate and maintain.
The cold feed bin is mounted on a heavy-duty frame made of joist. The
collecting conveyor supports all the bins. AC motor and SMSR gears control
the gathering conveyor drive, provided with the feeder.
Pollution Control Unit or Wet
Scrubber
The pollution control unit based on American technology is mounted on the
same frame of drum unit. The horizontal duct connects the dry dust collector
to the wet scrubber. High pressure pumps and nozzles are used for spraying
the water all over the gases, resulting the emission without any smoke.
The flights/lifters have been installed inside the drum to give maximum
heat transfer to the aggregate asphalt for effective coating. Fully
automatic oil jet burners feature high-pressure blowers, ignition rods,
ignition transformer, solenoid oil valves, airflow window and jack. Separate
oil pumping unit fitted with filters is installed on the chassis of the
dryer.
Bitumen Storage Tanks
Available in different storage capacity, the insulated bitumen tanks are
fabricated from high grade steel. These tanks are available with
direct-fired system or with heating steam or oil bed ranging storage
capacity from 15000 liters to 50000 liters.
Control Cabin and Control Panel
The hot mix plants are available with air-conditioned control cabin that
consists of fully automatic control panel. Control panels in the cabin
provide automatic control for burners, load cells, mix temperature, cold
feed/mineral/bitumen proportions etc. as well as manual control in case of
emergencies. Other optional components include color monitor, key board,
mouse and printer.
Wet Mix / Soil
Stabilization Plants
Everest offers Wet Mix Macadam Plant (WMM Plant)
based on the latest technological advancement. These plants are available in
two different models - Pug Mill type and Drum Mix type. The major advantage
of WMM plant is smooth operation and high production rate. Easy to operate,
these plants produce accurate aggregate & additives. All the models
strictly comply with international quality and safety parameters. WMM plant
comprises of the following:
Cold Feed Bin
The plant can be supplied with four or five bin cold. Storage capacity for
each bin may vary from 10 tons to 20 tons as per customer's demand. Smooth
operation of the bin is achieved by stationery (NU type) gears coupled with
DC/AC motors. Each bin is provided with option for variable speed. The
control panel synchronizes the speed of the belt for an optimum output.
Special adjustable rubber borders are provided under the bin to prevent
leakage of aggregate. Designed to regulate the aggregate flow, our feeders
are easy to use and maintain.

collecting conveyor supports all the bins. AC motor and SMSR gears control
the gathering conveyor drive provided with the feeder.
Pug Mill Mixer
The pedal arms and tips of the plant are supported by a twin shaft Pug Mill
mounted on anti-friction bearings. The shafts are fabricated from square
solid steel with the measurement of 100mm or 125mm (depending upon the
requirement of the customers). Liner on the base is made of ni-hard
material. Drive passes through standard gear and motor for smooth operation.
Mixing Arms & Tips
The mixing arms and tips of the plant is designed for homogeneous mixing of
material with exact proportion of water. The arms and tips are manufactured
using wear resistant ni-hard material. Tips are specially engineered to
provide homogeneous mixing of the aggregate.
Control House & Control
Panel
The plant is supplied with fully automatic control panel with
air-conditioned cabin. The panel has a provision for digital flow meter and
water control.
Water Tank
The storage capacity for the water tank corresponds with the production
output of the plant. We supply water tank with different storage capacity
ranging from 10,000 liters to 30,000 liters. Water is supplied to the mixer
through water pump and DC motor. Flow of water can be regulated through
control panel.
Load Out Conveyor & Silo
Storage Hopper
The silo storage capacity for the plant ranges from 12 MT to 30 MT
depending upon the requirement of the customers. Material is fed using load
conveyor belt from Pug Mill to the Storage Silo, having a hydraulic
discharge gate. A separate control unit is installed on the roof of the silo
to regulate the power pack.
