Control Panel
All controls are provided within the reach of the operator from a comfortable driving seat.

Engine
Kirloskar / Leyland / water cooled / air cooled diesel engine of adequate horse-power is provided with 12volts electrical starting system.

Transmission
Through a multiple clutch and a 4-Speed Gearbox to an auxiliary low, high & reverse Gearbox. Differential unit is provided with differential locking facility. Final drive is connected from the differential to the fields through roller chain and sprocket mechanism.

Hoppers
Hoppers have low dump clearance to handle all type of trucks. The wings can be raised or lowered hydraulically to give a smaller overall width for transportation. It also facilitates for self-cleaning action during feeding of the asphaltic concrete onto the conveyor.

Paver finishers are widely used for paving and laying the hot mix material on the constructed surface. The hot mix material from the paver truck is dumped into the hopper, which is further conveyed to the spreading screw by chain conveyor. The screws of the mechanical pavers function to spread the hot mix material equally along the paving width. Floating screeds are used to pave the hot mix material to the desired preset thickness.

Some of the features of Paver finishers are as follows:

The engine of the paver is fitted with fuel injection pump, air compressor, alternator, battery, oil pressure, water, temperature gauges, ammeter, starter button key etc. Mounted on rear pneumatic tyres and solid sandwich rubber coated front wheels. There is power operated independent brakes for each wheel. Hydraulically foldable hoppers capable to receive the premix material. The floor of the hopper is constructed of abrasion resistant steel plate. Bar type chain conveyor is used to move the material from hopper to spreading screw (augers) and the volume of material moved is controlled by adjustable gates. Left hand & right hand spreading screws (augers) capable of evenly distributing the premix material. Equipped with fully floating hydraulically extendable screed provided with heating arrangement (optional feature) to enable the screed to be uniformly heated before the operation. Screed slides over the premix material, smoothens it out in preparation for rolling, and is adjustable to give a crown to the material. All the controls are provided within the easy reach of the operator with comfortable and adjustable seating arrangement.
